The situation
It's 2020. Lone Wolf just launched a new partner marketing initiative. Unfortunately, all of our competitors were already doing the same thing. So how do we stand out?
My strategy: Make it Disney+ (or Netflix—same thing).
From the site's design to the description of each partner, we modelled our partner marketing website after the world's most popular streaming services.
The results
The website captured 40,000 signups in the first month. What's more, it opened an entirely new channel and source of revenue for the company.
While the site has changed over the years, the heart and soul of the original idea is still alive at marketplace.lwolf.com.
